Psychotherapy Services

Individual therapy that combines evidence-based practice with creative exploration, at whatever pace is right for you.

What therapy looks like here

Sessions are a conversation first. We begin with what brought you in and what you would like to be different, and we work from there — sometimes with practical tools and skills, sometimes with reflection, and sometimes with art materials when words are not enough.

There is no requirement to make art. Some clients never do, and that is entirely fine. Where it is welcome, drawing, painting, collage, and calligraphy become part of the work.

If it is meaningful to you, Islamic teachings and spiritual reflection can be thoughtfully woven into our sessions. If it is not, they will not be.
