Groups, Programs & Workshops

Facilitated group work for people who would rather not do this alone — and for those curious about creative practice as a way in.

Art Therapy Support Groups

Small, closed groups that meet over a set number of weeks. Each session pairs a theme with a creative invitation, followed by shared reflection. Groups are kept deliberately small so there is room for everyone.

They suit people who find that hearing others put words to something familiar is its own kind of relief.

Therapeutic Programs

Structured multi-week programs built around a single focus — managing anxiety, processing grief, or rebuilding a sense of self after a difficult season. Each week builds on the last, combining practical skills with creative and reflective work.

Programs run at set times through the year. Upcoming dates are listed on the events page.

Creative Workshops

Standalone sessions open to anyone, including people who are not in therapy. Workshops explore a single creative practice — painting, collage, or Islamic calligraphy among them — as a way of slowing down and paying attention.

They are not therapy, and they are not a substitute for it. They are an introduction to what creative practice can offer, and a gentle first point of contact for many people.
